This was deferred through the approval of NEA in a letter addressed to BOD President Reynaldo Lazo, dated September 10, 2009, signed by Administrator Editha Bueno. This as a result of the untimely death of the late BOD President Lorenzo Rey Ruiz by suspected guns for hire last September 4, 2009.
